In addition to Your Shipping Rights, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original tag are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
- Items are faulty or have a major problem.
- Items are lost or damaged in the transit.
- Wrong size or wrong garments.
- On sale items are not exchange or refund.
Customers should undertake the standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery unless it is faulty or incorrect items. Sallyrose staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Faulty items: You will need to contact email@example.com with your invoice number and the details of the fault prior to returning your items. We will happily provide you with a postage slip that allows you do send the item back free of charge.
REFUNDS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that you will be undertake the delivery costs unless goods are returned in accordance with our responsibility (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).
EXCHANGES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, complete the Exchange Form in full, you may exchange an item for something else with same value from Sallyrose. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered in accordance with our responsibility.

We are not return of products for reasons not covered by Australian Consumer Law, such as when a consumer changes their mind.
