Exchanges & Returns

In addition to Your Shipping Rights, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The items are returned within 7 days of being delivered.
  • Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all swing tags and labels attached)
  • Items must not be discounted and on sale.
  • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.

Items purchased online cannot be exchange or returned in store.

Sallyrose do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.

Customers should undertake the standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery unless it is faulty or incorrect items. Sallyrose staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

REFUNDS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that you will be undertake the delivery costs unless goods are returned in accordance with our responsibility (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).



EXCHANGES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, complete the Exchange Form in full, you may exchange an item for something else with same value from Sallyrose. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered in accordance with our responsibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We do not return products for reasons not covered by Australian Consumer Law, such as when a consumer changes their mind.
